Thank you to Peter, George, and all the staff at Northbound Leather! Living in Edmonton means that I am not in Edmonton all that often; couple that with a global pandemic, and I haven't been to Toronto in over a year. That being said, Peter (who runs their Instagram account) was incredibly helpful in coordinating a video chat where I could discuss my vision for a couple of leather items that I wanted to order. We went over my personal measurements, discussed custom leather designs, and confirmed my order.Within in a matter of a couple of days, my order was being processed; and within two and a half weeks, there were packaged up and shipped across Canada.The customer service I have received has been nothing but perfect, every time I deal with Northbound Leather. I feel like a member of the family when I walk in there shop, or discuss leather designs virtually.I would, and do, recommend Northbound Leather to everyone around the globe that is looking for anything leather or fetish related. It is great to support a local leather shop in Canada.Thank you again - I can't wait to plan my next leather designed purchase.

The hooded jacket has always been amazing... and while the pants were initially far too big -- thanks to your help and alterations -- the pants are just as fabulous. I feel and look soooooo good and confident in them (just ask my husband haha). It's exceptional customer service coupled with incredible quality and LGBTQ2S+ support -- that makes Northbound the premiere leather outlet. Thank you again!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The only problem with Northbound is I want to buy everything. Service has always been great and the staff friendly. Their work is amazing.

North Bound brings quality and unique pieces everywhere they go. During MAL I didn’t find anything I really wanted until I went to NB & I tried on a tank that was sadly to big. Quickly Ryan had me measured and placed my order for a new tank that I was able to customize with the lettering and colors at no additional cost. He was so friendly and helpful I even got fitted for new pants. NB prices are great and even better when you realize how much you’ll save if you live in the U.S.

I believe in human connection and I found it in this store. Anna was an amazing person. I have wanted leather for a while but while in the store found a latex top. I am a semi plus sized male so I really didn't think anything like that would fit. Anna with her knowledge helped me pick out something that I truly love. She not only gave me the confidence but also shared her knowledge and experience. I am from Colorado and will for sure be back to the store maybe even make a trip out just for the store.
