Used to provide decent service at fair prices, now they are quite mediocre. Use as last resort only. Try Amazon online for the basics, and for more hard to find items check out some of the specialty online sources. LaBelle might have been around for 62 years, but the fact they supply a rapidly dying industry (shoe repair), combined with the mediocre service they now provide, suggests they will be lucky to last much beyond another 62 months. I look forward to their GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SALE""
