Update: we finally received the helmets we ordered after essentially harassing them. Still will not trust them again.***BEWARE - THEY STOLE OUR MONEY***My husband and I visited the Victoria location looking for new helmets. The entire store was on sale due to that location closing. They didn't have the sizes we were looking for so we were going to look online. The woman working there told us that if we pre-paid for our helmets, we would get the sale price and they would be shipped to us from the Delta location. We paid cash for two helmets and she emailed us a receipt and said she would contact her boss with our details. That was several weeks ago and we have not received our order. We could not get through on the phone as their mailboxes are all full. We used the contact form on their website to ask about our order. We received an emailed reply apologizing for the delay and were asked for our details to ship our order. We emailed our address and what we had ordered but It has been several weeks and we have not received our order or even a reply with confirmation that they have been shipped. We have emailed, left messages and used the contact form on the website but cannot get a reply. Since we paid cash, we cannot request a chargeback from a credit card and are stuck without the products we ordered. They stole over $300 from us.

The place was a mess. i questioned if there were people working there. Then I see 2 dudes doing nothing. On there phones. Did not greet me. Jackets all over the floor and on the shoes covering what I wished to look at. Brutal! Why don't these companies want to make money. I was there to spend but with zero service and the mess. No Thanks.

Zero customer service or support. Ordered a jacket and it was not as described. Called 10+ times with messages left as well as emailed with no response. After 2 weeks I contacted them thru the website and they promised me that they send me a return shipping label to me by the end of the business day. Never happened. The next week I sent them another message stating that they have till the end of the business day to send me the return label or I will contact my CC company. Long story short, my CC company refunded my money and I still have the jacket. They can come pick it up whenever they want. Untrustworthy company.

Really great customer service. They hooked me up with a jacket pants helmet and gloves. Non rushed service. The sales reps were super nice and knowledgeable.

Lots of great riding gear there.. there boots and leather vests are unique and prices are great.

Manager directly helped my dad and I purchase some much needed items. Was knowledgeable, experienced, gave jokes and was very good at estimating sizing for both of us (Only one try). Gave me several options for jackets to try and even gave us solid discount pricing options.If you're in the area or simply need some motorcycle gear, would recommend WCL.

Placed an order with them online. The order got delivered very quickly. I didn’t end up liking the product but they were very quick to respond and the exchange was seamless and i was able to get a wicked deal on a riding gear aswell since im a new rider.

This place is awesome. Prices are great and staff was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend coming here to get your gear!!!
